The door engine is composed of high-strength aluminum alloy housing, high-quality single-phase motor, overrunning friction clutch, worm gear reducer, tooth clutch and output gear. When working, the motor spindle drives the reducer and the output gear through the transcendent friction clutch, and then the output gear drives the special rack installed on the translation door, so that the door body moves horizontally to realize the electric opening and closing of the door.

The product offers three models: DCK-100 (500KG), DCK-101 (800KG), and DCK-102 (1200KG), covering all scenarios from lightweight residential doors to heavy industrial doors. It adopts a wide voltage input range of AC110V-240V and outputs a safe DC24V voltage, with operating noise as low as below 52 decibels. It is equipped with multiple safety protection systems and supports manual opening during power outages. It can be seamlessly linked with the OMKER E-LINKED intelligent access control system to achieve remote control via mobile APP and unified management of multiple devices.

Strong current at start-up and overloading in a short period of time

When the current overload, the door machine has the role of protecting the current and the motor.

In order to prevent the inconvenience caused by power failure, the special key can also be used to release the door machine manually.

2.How to choose the installation position?

The installation position and height should be appropriate, the environment should be ventilated, avoid rain, sun, children play, operate the remote control and control board switch.

3.How to choose the appropriate model for my door frame?

The main criterion for selection is the weight of the door frame: for those under 500KG, choose DCK-100; for those between 500 and 800KG, choose DCK-101; for those between 800 and 1200KG, choose DCK-102. If the width of the door frame exceeds 8 meters or if it is used frequently, it is recommended to choose a larger model to ensure stable operation and service life.

4. Can the door be opened and closed when there is a power outage? 

OK. The product is equipped with a dedicated manual clutch and key. When power is off, simply open the cabinet door, insert the key and rotate the clutch to switch to the manual mode, and then easily push the door. An optional battery can also be selected to enable automatic operation for 24 hours after power failure.

5. Is the operation noise loud? Will it affect neighbors?

The whole machine adopts ultra-quiet design technology, with an operating noise of ≤ 52 decibels, equivalent to the volume of normal conversation, which is much lower than that of traditional sliding door motors. Even when used at night, it will not cause obvious disturbance to neighbors.
