1.What are your main products?

2.How for trouble shooting?
a. The gate does not reverse when meeting obstacles: Turn the force setting button anticlockweise to adjust the force to a proper level.
b.When opening or closing the gate, the movement would not stop:Exchange the connection of the terminals SW1 and SW2.
c. The remote control distance is short: Check if the battery of remote control is low, and replace with a new one.
3.What is the maximum load capacity of this door machine? What is the maximum door size it can handle?
The maximum load capacity is 100KG, and the maximum door width is 1200mm. It is suitable for various types of lightweight sliding doors such as wooden doors, glass doors, and aluminum alloy doors. 4. What if there is a power outage? Can the door be opened and closed then?
OK. The product design features a manual emergency opening function. The manual force required is less than 30N, making it easy for both the elderly and children to manually open and close the door. An optional battery option is also available, enabling automatic operation for 24 hours even in the event of a power outage.
5. Is the operation noise loud? Will it affect work or rest?
