Project Background
Off-grid villas and rural residences lack stable municipal power supply, creating obstacles for traditional electric swing gate equipment. Ordinary swing gate motor cannot match solar power supply systems, and few models support multi-functional external expansion. Many basic openers lack clear fault prompts and flexible parameter adjustment. To meet energy-saving automatic gate demands for remote villas, we launched solar-compatible DCK-850 and DCK-860 swing gate opener, also called swing gate motor.
Customer Pain Points
Remote courtyard houses without continuous mains power cannot operate standard electric gate motors normally.
Common swing gate motors have fixed running force and speed, unable to adapt different gate weights.
Basic devices reserve limited external ports, hard to connect infrared sensors, access control and UPS backup power.
No clear fault indicator makes daily inspection and maintenance inefficient for installers.
Our Solution
This swing gate motor supports 220V input with DC24V motor, compatible with solar power matching system. It delivers 600N adjustable push force and speed ranging from 10–15m/min, tolerates 0–300mm uneven ground with total weight 21kg, and stably runs within -50℃~+50℃. Remote control distance reaches 50 meters. DCK-860 comes with LED running indicator while DCK-850 has no LED light. It features adjustable running force, infrared anti-pinch obstruction rebound, expandable interfaces for alarm lamps and card readers, and supports OEM & ODM customization.
