Project Background
Villas, factories and commercial parks widely install heavy sliding gates of different weights. Single-spec sliding gate motor cannot match light residential gates and heavy industrial gates simultaneously. Many ordinary sliding gate motors lack complete safety locking and fault reminder functions, and few models support mobile APP remote access control. To cover multi-scene heavy sliding gate automation demands, we launched four models of DCK series sliding gate opener, also known as sliding gate motor, slide gate opener and slide gate motor.
Customer Pain Points
Gate weights vary widely from 500kg to 1600kg, and single-power motors cannot drive all specifications smoothly.
Basic sliding gate motors have no power-off locking function, bringing safety risks after power cut.
Units without LED fault indicators take much time for installers to locate breakdowns.
Conventional remote controllers adopt simple code technology, which is easy to be copied and lacks security.
Our Solution
This sliding gate motor supports 120V/220V/240V single-phase AC input, covering four models with max load 500kg, 800kg, 1200kg and 1600kg, matched with 18Nm/22Nm/35Nm/38Nm torque and 370W/450W/550W/650W power respectively. It runs at fixed 12m/min speed, IP44 dustproof and waterproof, stably operating between -45℃ and +65℃ with running noise ≤56dB, certified with CCC. It features adjustable driving force, 1–120s auto-close delay, 90s motor overtime protection, infrared anti-pinch rebound and travel anti-collision design. Equipped with power-off lock retention and LED running fault flashing indicator, it adopts rolling code remote control with massive password groups. Optional WIFI/Bluetooth APP remote control supports up to 50 mobile phones for management.
