Shopping malls, hotels, residential compounds and commercial parks widely install heavy swing gates with high daily access frequency. Traditional swing gate motor relies on mechanical limit switches, which bring complicated on-site debugging and long installation cycles. Many ordinary units lack strong weather resistance and multi-layer safety structures, and few models support WiFi intelligent remote management. To meet high-frequency commercial automatic gate demands, we launched DCK-23 push rod swing gate opener, also known as swing gate motor.
Customer Pain Points
Conventional mechanical limit motors require repeated on-site adjustment, wasting much installation and debugging time.
Common housings lack UV resistance and low IP rating, easily aging or failing under rain, sand and extreme temperatures.

Our Solution
This swing gate motor supports AC 120V~240V wide voltage input, with 200W and 250W power options, driving single swing gates weighing 600–1000KG. It adopts integrated electronic limit for software stroke adjustment, cutting debugging time greatly. The UV-resistant metal composite housing reaches IP44 dustproof and waterproof grade, operating stably from -45℃ to +65℃ with running noise ≤56dB and 17-second full travel time. It comes with soft start & slow stop, obstacle auto-stop, motor timeout protection and anti-theft manual clutch for power outages. Optional WiFi/Bluetooth APP remote control, pedestrian mode and adjustable double-leaf delay are available, with CE certification, 1-year warranty and free spare parts service.
