Project Background
Large industrial zones, logistics yards and high-capacity parking garages equip ultra-heavy sliding gates. Ordinary fixed-frequency sliding gate motor suffers insufficient starting torque and overheating under long continuous operation, with fixed running speed unable to match different access efficiency demands. To solve stable operation problems for super-heavy gates, we launched three variable-frequency sliding gate opener models, also named sliding gate motor, slide gate opener, slide gate motor.

Our Solution
This variable frequency sliding gate motor supports 110V/220V~240V AC input, covering three specifications for max gate weight 3000kg, 3500kg and 5000kg, paired with 75Nm/90Nm/120Nm torque and 1200W/1500W/2000W rated power. Running speed is adjustable within 13–24m/min. Equipped with large-capacity capacitor for sustained power supply, it operates stably from -45℃ to +65℃ with running noise ≤56dB. The inverter technology delivers strong startup torque and effective deceleration control, reducing heat buildup during continuous work. LED screen displays real-time working data, mechanical limit ensures precise positioning. It supports automatic standby energy-saving mode, and optional WiFi/Bluetooth APP remote management connecting up to 50 mobile devices.
