DCK-100D & DCK-150D Swing Gate Opener Project Brief
Project Background
Large industrial plants, medical centers and transportation hubs operate heavy swing gates with heavy daily vehicle and pedestrian flow. Traditional swing gate motor lacks energy-saving operation modes and unified intelligent linkage systems. Many heavy-duty motors produce loud noise and require complex daily maintenance. To deliver low-noise, energy-saving industrial swing gate automation solutions, we developed DCK-100D and DCK-150D heavy swing gate motor, also named swing gate opener.
Customer Pain Points
Conventional heavy gate motors run at constant high power with no energy-saving mode, leading to high long-term electricity cost.
Ordinary gear transmission structures generate loud noise, disturbing quiet environments such as hospitals and clinics.
Complex parameter reset steps after power cut increase maintenance workload for installers.
Single mounting mode limits renovation and new construction project matching flexibility.
Our Solution
This swing gate motor series has four models with DC24V low voltage output, 10–12Nm torque to drive 1000–1500kg wide swing gates within 8m width. It supports dual switching between low-energy manual thrust mode and full electric automatic mode, with freely adjustable resistance sensitivity and hold-open duration. Precision gear and shock absorption structure control noise below 58dB, suitable for quiet medical and office areas. Built-in thermal protection cuts off power at 110℃, stable operation under -40℃~+55℃. Non-volatile memory retains all settings without re-calibration after power failure. Optional Bluetooth/WiFi mobile remote control allows parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring, compatible with surface, hidden and ground installation for new and retrofit projects. The whole machine weighs 36–39kg with complete safety anti-pinch sensors.
Project Achievements
This swing gate opener meets energy-saving and low-noise demands of industrial and medical heavy gate projects. Dual energy-saving modes reduce long-term power consumption, low-noise design fits quiet public areas, memory function cuts post-power-failure maintenance work, and multi-mounting designs adapt diverse project conditions, winning steady orders from medical engineering and industrial automation dealers.
