DCK-100D & DCK-150D Swing Gate Opener Project Brief

Project Background

Airports, large hospitals, shopping malls and industrial parks adopt oversized heavy swing gates with single leaf width up to 8m. Ordinary swing gate motor lacks enough torque to drive 1000–1500kg ultra-heavy gate bodies. Most common models have limited parameter adjustment functions and poor thermal protection under high-frequency daily use. To provide stable industrial-grade automatic gate solutions for large public venues, we launched DCK-100D, DCK-150D, DCK-100DFF and DCK-150DFF swing gate opener, also called swing gate motor.

Customer Pain Points

  1. Super-wide, heavy industrial swing gates reach 1500kg, and standard motors stall easily under full load.

  2. Basic gate motors only support fixed operation parameters without self-learning adaptive logic for different gate weights.

  3. Long-hour continuous operation leads to motor overheating and shutdown due to insufficient thermal protection design.

  4. Few heavy-duty units support multi-device centralized management and mobile APP remote access control.

Our Solution

This swing gate motor adopts AC120V~240V input with DC24V motor, available in 150W/200W power and 10Nm/12Nm torque options. It supports single leaf width up to 8m and max weight 1000–1500kg, with over 180° opening angle, 2800RPM motor speed and 6°/s gear speed. It works stably from -40℃ to +55℃ with 110℃ thermal protection, total weight 36–39kg, running noise ≤58dB. It features intelligent self-learning, adjustable speed & hold-open time, obstacle auto-reverse, non-volatile memory saving settings after power loss, low-energy manual mode, optional WiFi/Bluetooth APP control, and linkage with E-LINKED access control system for up to 50 authorized mobile phones. Multiple installation methods including surface, hidden and ground mounting are supported.
